Head of Commercial Property - £85,000 Worcestershire
An established and long-standing legal practice is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property team in Worcestershire.
This is a genuine opportunity to take over an existing and varied caseload, with a salary of up to £85,000 available for the right level of experience. There is also potential for Partnership for the right individual, making this an attractive opportunity for someone looking for a long-term move with scope to develop their position within the firm.
The Role
You will handle a varied property caseload, with a particular focus on commercial and agricultural property, alongside Landlord & Tenant work and some residential conveyancing for established clients.
The caseload includes
- Commercial and agricultural conveyancing
- Commercial and residential Landlord & Tenant matters
- Development acquisitions and plot sales
- Option and overage agreements
- Promotion agreements
- Freehold and leasehold property transactions
- Some residential conveyancing for long-standing clients
- Working alongside other property professionals, including estate agents and accountants
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion

About You
The firm is looking for an experienced property lawyer who is confident managing their own caseload and progressing transactions with a high degree of autonomy. You should have:
- Previous PQE experience in commercial and agricultural property
- A strong working knowledge of property law
- Experience handling freehold and leasehold matters
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Experience progressing commercial and agricultural transactions and associated documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- A self-motivated, reliable and commercially minded approach
