Your new company
An established and highly respected property consultancy is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Property Management to lead and develop its commercial property management services across Essex and Suffolk. This is a leadership opportunity for a commercially minded property professional looking to shape the future direction of a successful and growing business. You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse commercial property portfolio, managing key client relationships, leading a high-performing team and driving the continued growth and profitability of the service.
Your new role
As the Head of Commercial Property Management, you will provide leadership across all aspects of the commercial property management function. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client management and offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across complementary disciplines, including commercial agency, building surveying and lease advisory. As part of the role, you will be responsible for setting departmental objectives, workload allocation and management of team members. You will act as the senior point of contact for key property management instructions and oversee the management of a varied commercial property portfolio. You will also ensure all instructions are delivered in accordance with leases, legislation and RICS professional standards.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will bring extensive commercial property management experience and have a proven track record of leading teams, developing client relationships and delivering high-quality service. A driving licence and willingness to travel across Essex and Suffolk is essential.
