Reports to: ReUSE® Electronics Managing Director
Lead Commercial Growth for a Technology Company Changing the Future of Electronics
In2tec Ltd is an innovative UK-HQ electronics manufacturer, specialising in advanced technologies including Flexi-hibrid™, and ReUSE® and ReCYCLE®. We work with leading customers across niche automotive, industrial, defence, aerospace, medical, and high-reliability markets.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, highly organised, commercially driven, technically confident sales leader to step into the role of Head of Commercial Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the commercial sales function for a specialist electronics business with proprietary technologies that support lighter, smarter, and sustainable electronics across global markets.
You will take overall commercial ownership of all customer accounts, lead three established Commercial Sector Leads, and personally manage strategic OEM opportunities, and own and develop five key accounts. The role combines hands-on strategic selling, team leadership, account development, and commercial governance across In2tec’s Flexi-hibrid® technologies, and the commercial delivery of ReUSE® and ReCYCLE® technologies in-line with the strategies as defined by the ReUSE® Managing Director.
The Role
As Head of Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for leading profitable commercial growth across existing and new customer accounts. You will manage the commercial sales rhythm, strengthen pipeline quality, improve forecast discipline, support strategic negotiations, and ensure opportunities move effectively from technical validation into commercial outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
