An opportunity to lead, influence and make a real commercial impact.
We're partnering exclusively with an established, ambitious business to appoint an exceptional Head of Commercial Sales at an important stage in its development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute, results-driven sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, identifying opportunities for growth and turning commercial strategy into tangible results.
With an established market presence, a strong product portfolio and significant opportunities for further growth, the business is looking for someone who can bring fresh thinking, commercial discipline and inspiring leadership to its sales function.
This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to maintain the status quo. We're looking for an individual who wants to take ownership, challenge thinking and make a genuine difference.
The Opportunity
As Head of Commercial Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the commercial strategy, with a particular focus on strengthening UK performance and developing opportunities across wider markets. You'll lead and develop an existing sales team, build strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners, and identify new opportunities to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to influence decisions, introduce new ideas and help shape the future direction of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
