The Role
Commercial & Sales Leadership
- You’ll set the direction, inspire teams and ensure commercial excellence across all markets.
- You’ll coach, develop and empower regional and local teams to deliver outstanding results.
Revenue, Margin & Growth
- You’ll build and execute commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth, improved margins and increased market share.
Sales Performance & Execution
- You’ll embed robust sales frameworks, KPIs, forecasting and reporting, ensuring consistency, accountability and high‑quality customer engagement across regions.
Commercial Effectiveness
- You’ll streamline processes, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and customer experience.
CRM & Customer Insight
- You’ll lead CRM strategy, strengthen customer retention and use data‑driven insights to shape commercial decisions and targeted campaigns.
