Head of Commercial & Service Operations
£70,000–£85,000 + 20–30% Bonus | Harworth / Doncaster | Site Based
We’re looking for a senior leader to take ownership of a multi-million-pound business service operation within a fast-growing, privately owned company.
The business has grown rapidly, is investing through acquisition and expects its service operation and field-based team to expand significantly over the next few years.
The opportunity is to commercialise, professionalise and scale the function.

Your background could come from any business delivering a substantial service operation.
What matters is that you’ve led people, owned commercial performance, improved customer delivery and understand how to turn a good service function into a scalable and increasingly profitable business operation.
