Head of Commercial Strategy
We are partnering with an ambitious and rapidly growing health and wellbeing software provider to appoint a Head of Commercial Strategy to lead the development and commercialisation of a new B2C proposition.
The business is developing a bespoke digital application designed to help people stay healthier, better understand their health and take greater control of their own wellbeing. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone who can take a proposition from strategy through to market and build a commercially successful new business stream.
As Head of Commercial Strategy, you will have ownership of the commercial strategy, go-to-market and P&L for the new proposition.
Working closely with the existing Product, Marketing and Engineering teams, you will bring together the capabilities already within the organisation to define the proposition, establish product-market fit, develop acquisition strategies and build the partnerships required to scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
