About NestAway
NestAway Ltd is an exciting early-stage startup building a new online platform dedicated to nature-led, eco-conscious and meaningful living.
Our vision is to bring together people, experiences and communities across sustainability, permaculture, regenerative living, eco-tourism, retreats, volunteering, education, animal welfare and conscious communities— all in one inspiring online space.
We are building more than a platform. We want to create a community that encourages people to connect with nature, learn new skills, meet like-minded people and make a positive difference.
NestAway is currently being developed by a passionate core team of 8–9 people, including the Founder & CEO, and we are now looking for talented people who want to help shape the journey from the early stages.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, passionate and experienced Head of Communication & Sales to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who doesn't simply want a job but wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
Who Will Thrive in This Role?
You will play a key role in shaping and leading NestAway's communication strategy, helping us build a strong, recognisable brand and create meaningful connections with Nesters - who will end up registering their listings on our new platform and Nesties - participants who are looking to discover and book their next visit or meaningful practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
