Head of Community

Zovrah | Part-Time Startup Opportunity

3–5 hours per week | Flexible / Remote | Equity + Event Compensation + Milestone Bonuses

About Zovrah

Zovrah is building a new kind of health platform around one simple idea: Health That Feels Human.

We’re an early-stage startup building a human-centred approach to health, wellbeing and behaviour change — and we’re now looking for someone to help build the community around it.

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Community to build Zovrah’s community function from the ground up.

This is deliberately not a traditional corporate role. There is no established community department, large team or finished playbook. You’ll be joining early enough to genuinely shape what this becomes.

Working closely with the founding team, you’ll take ownership of:

  • Community growth & engagement — developing strategies to attract, engage and retain a genuinely active Zovrah community.
  • Ambassadors, creators & affiliates — building relationships and developing a network of people who genuinely believe in Zovrah and want to help grow it.
  • Events & experiences — creating community-led events, meet-ups and experiences that bring people together around the brand.
  • Partnerships — identifying and developing relevant partnerships that can expand Zovrah’s reach and strengthen the community.
  • Community strategy — helping define what the Zovrah community should look and feel like as the company grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role is highly autonomous. We want someone who can bring ideas, spot opportunities and turn them into action — not someone who needs a detailed list of tasks every week.

Who We’re Looking For

You could come from community, partnerships, creator marketing, events, social, brand or another relevant background.

What matters most is that you are:

  • Entrepreneurial and highly proactive
  • Naturally good at building relationships
  • Comfortable creating things from scratch
  • Commercially aware and growth-minded
  • Creative and willing to experiment
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Excited by early-stage startups and ambiguity
  • Passionate about what Zovrah is trying to build

You don’t need to have done this exact job before. You do need to have the mindset to build it.

The Commitment

This is intentionally a 3–5 hour per week opportunity.

We recognise that this is different from a conventional Head of Community role. The aim is to find someone who can bring significant value in a small amount of focused time, while having the freedom to build something alongside their existing career, business or commitments.

Compensation

The structure is designed around shared long-term upside rather than a traditional salary:

  • Equity — giving you genuine ownership in Zovrah
  • In-person events — additional compensation for agreed events and activations
  • Milestone bonuses — rewards tied to meaningful community and growth achievements

Why This Opportunity?

Because you’ll be joining at the point where you can still build the foundations. You won’t be inheriting someone else’s community strategy. You’ll help create it.

You’ll work directly with the founding team, have a genuine influence on the direction of the company and have the opportunity to build a community function that could become a major part of Zovrah’s growth.

If you’re looking for a conventional part-time job, this probably isn’t it.

If you’re looking for a startup challenge, genuine ownership and the chance to build something from zero, we’d love to hear from you.

Join Zovrah. Build the community. Shape what comes next.
