Head of Community & Experiences - UHNW

London | Hybrid (4 days in the office)

We're partnering with a fast-growing international business that's redefining access to a certain space for one of the world's most discerning audiences. The business has grown rapidly through trusted relationships, advocacy, and referrals. Now they're looking for someone to intentionally build on that foundation, creating a world-class community that strengthens relationships, drives long-term engagement, and reinforces the brand's position with an ultra-high-net-worth audience.

If you believe community should influence commercial growth, rather than simply engagement, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

The Opportunity

Community sits at the heart of this business. You'll define how members engage with the brand, with one another, and with a wider ecosystem of founders, investors, and strategic partners.

Experiences are only one part of the strategy. You'll use community, partnerships, thought leadership, and carefully curated experiences to create an environment people genuinely want to belong to. One that strengthens advocacy, encourages introductions, and delivers long-term commercial value.

Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Executive Leadership, you'll shape how the business builds relationships with some of the world's most sophisticated investors and establish community as a genuine competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own the long-term Community & Experiences strategy.
  • Build an engaged community that creates meaningful relationships between members, partners, and the brand.
  • Develop programmes that strengthen advocacy, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Curate exceptional experiences including private dinners, executive roundtables, networking events, investor experiences, and premium hospitality.
  • Build strategic partnerships that elevate the community and create new opportunities for growth.
  • Identify where the brand should, and shouldn't, show up, ensuring every initiative supports a clear commercial objective.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure community activity supports wider business priorities.
  • Create a distinctive experience that members associate with the brand and actively want to participate in.
  • Define how success is measured, focusing on advocacy, referrals, relationship strength, engagement, and long-term commercial impact rather than attendance alone.
  • Lead and evolve the function, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the standards expected by an ultra-high-net-worth audience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in someone who's delivered hundreds of events. We're looking for someone who understands how community creates commercial value. You'll probably have experience in areas such as community, membership, partnerships, client engagement, or premium customer experience within luxury, wealth, hospitality, travel, private membership, investor relations, or another high-touch environment.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience building communities or membership programmes that deepen relationships and create long-term customer value.
  • A commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of how community can drive advocacy, referrals, retention, and growth.
  • Experience working with affluent, luxury, or ultra-high-net-worth audiences.
  • Strong strategic judgement, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and challenge where necessary.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills across executives, partners, clients, and VIP audiences.
  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and exceptionally high standards.

What We Mean By Commercial

This role isn't measured by the number of experiences you deliver. It's measured by whether community becomes a genuine growth engine for the business.

We're looking for someone who naturally asks questions like:

  • Why should we invest in this experience?
  • How does this strengthen relationships with our highest-value members?
  • Will this create advocacy and trusted introductions?
  • Is this the right partner for our brand?
  • What commercial outcome are we trying to achieve?
  • How will we measure success beyond attendance?
  • Does this deepen long-term engagement and customer value?

If your instinct is to think about relationships before logistics, community before events, and commercial impact before attendance, we'd love to hear from you.
