Head of Compliance and Supporter Care – Maternity Cover Contract
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Head of Compliance and Supporter Care – Maternity Cover Contract role. This position involves leading compliance initiatives and supporter engagement, ensuring adherence to governance standards and delivering exceptional supporter care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and organisational standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Lead supporter care operations, focusing on engagement, communication, and relationship management.
- Monitor supporter interactions to ensure expectations are met and maintained, fostering positive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance supporter services and comply with fundraising regulations.
- Provide supervision and guidance to staff involved in supporter relations and compliance activities.
- Prepare reports and analysis for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with legislative changes and best practices related to compliance and supporter engagement.

Person Specification
- Proven experience in fundraising compliance management from the charity sector.
- Strong understanding of supporter care or customer service principles.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical standards and organisational values.

What’s On Offer
- Salary: Circa £55,000
- 2 days a week in the London office
- Flexible working patterns and part-time working offered
