Position: Head of Compliance
Salary: £94,871
Location: 4040 Lakeside, Birmingham Business Park, B37 7YN (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the organisation's competent person and subject matter expert for landlord compliance and safety of the home obligations.
- Management of statutory and regulatory compliance risks.
- Delivery of compliance investment and servicing programmes exceeding £30m annually.
- Regulatory engagement and organisational assurance.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree level or equivalent qualification in a recognised discipline in the built environment
- CIOB level 6 in building safety (or equivalent)
- Extensive knowledge of applicable compliance and building safety legislation, guidance and standards and competencies including PAS 8673:2022
- Knowledge of the ongoing management of safety in the built environment, with knowledge of the application of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
- Full UK driving license
