Head of SoSafe Consulting

SoSafe is a leading human risk management platform designed to transform the "human factor" from a security vulnerability into a proactive layer of defense. We focus on driving measurable behavior change and quantifiable risk reduction for our global customers.

As the Head of SoSafe Consulting, you will lead our strategic value-add services. This position is designed for a security professional who understands that technology alone cannot solve human risk. You will operationalize a catalog of services, aligned with our security maturity framework, into a practical consulting methodology, ensuring our customers move beyond basic compliance and toward true risk mitigation.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

  • Behavioral Framework Design: Develop a robust consulting methodology focused on driving genuine behavior change. You will translate the SoSafe Maturity Model into a high-impact "Strategic Steering" approach, ensuring that every workshop and advisory session serves as a catalyst for measurable risk reduction.
  • Practice Building & Operational Excellence: Act as a builder and architect of the consulting function. You will set the strategic vision, define the service catalog, and operationalize the delivery model, ensuring the practice is both successful and clearly differentiated in the market.
  • Player-Coach Mentality: Act as a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable mentoring a team as they are leading high-stakes customer engagements. You will "lead from the front," personally delivering strategic advisory sessions for key accounts, demonstrating the standard of excellence for the entire consulting function, while simultaneously coaching, and inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Security Advocacy: Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for Human Risk Management. You will represent the consulting function in executive-level discussions, helping customers understand the strategic value of advancing their security maturity.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a bridge between the field and internal teams. You will provide feedback to Product and Marketing on the real-world application of our products and services to ensure they are optimized to drive customer value.
  • Commercial & Entrepreneurial Drive: Approach the consulting function with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will align services with broader commercial goals and monitor the effectiveness of the program, ensuring it contributes to customer retention, expansion, and measurable risk reduction.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders—both internally at SoSafe and externally within our customer and prospect organizations. You will navigate complex corporate environments to elevate the strategic importance of human risk management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
