Head of Region - Scotland
Are you an established consulting leader with a strong network across Scotland and a passion for AI, Data & Digital transformation?
We're looking for an ambitious regional leader to drive growth, shape strategy, and build market presence across Scotland for a highly respected Data & AI consultancy.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a regional business unit, combining leadership, commercial growth, client engagement, and delivery excellence.
Location: Edinburgh based / Hybrid working with some UK travel when required.

What you'll be doing
- Leading and growing the Scotland practice
- Building and strengthening senior client relationships
- Driving business development and market expansion
- Championing AI, Data Science, Analytics and Modern Data Platforms
- Developing high-performing consulting teams
- Influencing regional strategy as part of the senior leadership team
- Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise and public sector clients
What we're looking for
- Strong consulting leadership experience
- Proven success in business development and revenue growth
- Established network within the Scottish market
- Deep expertise across AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud and Data Platforms
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
- Experience delivering complex transformation programmes
