About The Job

At Coloplast, our purpose is simple but powerful: making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. To support our UK growth ambitions and strengthen how we understand and serve our consumers, we are looking for a Head of Consumer Insight to lead and shape insight across the organisation.

This is a pivotal, senior role responsible for coordinating, creating, and curating all quantitative consumer insight for Coloplast UK including a huge transactional database. Acting as the single point of truth for consumer insight, you will bring together multiple data sources into a clear, coherent view that informs strategy, priorities, and everyday decision-making.

Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will ensure insight is forward-looking, curiosity-led, and actively shaping strategy, experience design, and long-term outcomes — not just reporting what has already happened.

The Role

As Head of Consumer Insight, you will:

  • Translate the UK consumer activities and strategy into a clear and actionable insight framework, defining priority questions, data needs, and success measures.
  • Lead the creation and curation of all Coloplast UK consumer insights, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance.
  • Identify gaps in consumer understanding and proactively commission or explore insight to address them.
  • Turn complex, multi-source data into compelling narratives that resonate with senior leaders and diverse audiences.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner, using insight to challenge assumptions and influence strategic direction.
  • Build insight capability, confidence, and bench strength, setting clear standards for insight quality and use.
  • Reduce duplication and ensure insight activity is joined-up, connected, and anchored to shared priorities.
  • Partner effectively with global teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to maximise insight value.
  • Champion a culture of insight-led thinking across Coloplast UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
