About Studio BlueGreen
Studio BlueGreen is nature's entertainment studio. We make nature entertaining so people notice it. We create social-first entertainment formats rooted in music, comedy, film, TV and fashion, with a long-term ambition to extend into traditional entertainment platforms. We're a not-for-profit with big ambitions and a growing team, entering our next chapter.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Head of Content to lead and evolve the studio’s current strategic direction and grow the Studio BlueGreen brand. You'll manage a small but growing team, holding responsibility for the annual budget and SBG’s content strategy. You will define how we measure success overall and build strategic partnerships that ensure SBG punches above its weight. You'll be overseeing the development of original entertainment formats, building IP, exploring distribution, and shaping how nature shows up in popular culture. You need to be as comfortable presenting to the board as giving notes on a rough cut or spotting a trend and sharing ideas with the team. You'll report directly to the Founder/CEO.
What You'll Do
- Set the creative vision, content and commercial strategy across all channels and formats.
- Develop and test original entertainment formats with a long-term focus on broader distribution.
- Lead, grow and mentor the content team.
- Own the annual content budget and set priorities.
- Build and own SBG’s strategic relationships with talent, brands, production companies and entertainment partners.
- Manage external partners, ensuring SBG retains creative control and IP ownership.
- Drive a test-and-learn culture.
- Keep the team connected to culture: what's trending, what's funny.
- Ensure every piece of content contributes to an ongoing narrative, not just a moment.
- Measure success and set clear KPIs for the business and team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
