The Role

Hawes & Curtis is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Content to lead our 360° marketing calendar and bring together our product, brand, and commercial priorities across every customer channel. You will own and manage the Hawes & Curtis 360° campaign calendar, ensuring we have one clear and coordinated plan across all channels.

This is a central role within the business, working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Creative, E-commerce, Retail, CRM, Performance Marketing, and PR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the annual marketing calendar and detailed rolling campaign plan
  • Develop 360° campaigns across digital, social, CRM, paid media, website, retail, and PR
  • Work with Buying to understand new ranges, hero products, trends, and product USPs
  • Work with Merchandising to understand buys, intake, stock, trading performance, and commercial opportunities
  • Turn product and trading priorities into compelling customer-facing campaigns
  • Create clear campaign and content briefs for the Creative team
  • Coordinate campaign launches across E-commerce, Retail, CRM, Performance, and Social
  • Ensure campaigns balance brand building with commercial performance
  • React quickly to trading opportunities and changing business priorities
  • Review campaign performance and use insight to improve future activity
  • Lead the content and social function and help develop a stronger always-on content strategy

About You

  • Has strong experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or a product-led consumer brand
  • Has experience managing integrated 360° marketing campaigns
  • Understands both brand and commercial marketing
  • Is comfortable working closely with Buying and Merchandising
  • Has strong knowledge of digital, social, CRM, and performance marketing
  • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
  • Has excellent creative judgment and understands how to turn product into compelling customer stories
  • Is commercially driven and comfortable using trading and performance data to make decisions
  • Can lead teams and bring different departments together around one clear marketing plan

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who can connect product, commercial insight, content, and creative, creating a clear marketing rhythm that strengthens the Hawes & Curtis brand while driving profitable growth.
