About The Job
Head Of Content
East London Based - Hybrid Role
Salary: £55k-£65k
We’re looking for a Head of Content with a deep understanding of the current YouTube landscape. If you have experience working in YouTube, understand how to hold a viewer’s attention and know how to create packaging that makes people want to click, keep reading.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Leading our long & short form content strategy across both our YouTube Channels.
- Providing clear feedback to editors, scriptwriters, and content ideators to make sure videos are captivating & clickable.
- Ideating & scripting long form concepts.
- Ideating & scripting short form concepts.
- Reviewing & optimising packaging across both channels.
- Keeping on top of trends, formats, and what’s working across platforms.
- Working closely with the wider team to maintain high standards and ensure content is delivered consistently and on time.
