WiredScore Overview

Founded in 2013, WiredScore is the leading certification body for digital connectivity and smart building performance. The company has offices in New York, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mumbai. We work with over 1,000 of the world’s leading real estate owners and developers—including 8 of the 10 largest landlords in the world—certifying more than 1 billion square feet across 45 countries. Today, over 9 million people live and work in WiredScore-certified buildings globally.

In 2026, WiredScore joined forces with Meter, a leading provider of enterprise internet infrastructure, deepening WiredScore’s connection to the technology that powers digital connectivity in buildings.

Together, WiredScore and Meter are defining the next era of connectivity in real estate.

It’s an exciting time to join WiredScore. You’ll be part of an award-winning marketing team at the center of a fast-growing, global business that is shaping how an entire industry thinks about connectivity, and bringing a fundamentally new proposition to market.

Required

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: comfortable influencing senior internal and external partners.
  • Experience owning budgets and reporting on ROI.
  • Excellent understanding of various content formats–research reports, short form blog content, video content–and how to match each one to the topic and audience.
  • Able to get up-to-speed quickly on new projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally in a small, high-performing team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Convert flagship content campaigns into sustained BAU content programmes, adapting core content across social, digital, field and other channels to drive ongoing engagement and influence sales.
  • Design global content that can be localized for in-market activation by regional teams.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, research bodies and content collaborators including clients.
