We're hiring a Head of Content for the Beyond Tomorrow Podcast.
This is a podcast-first role, and it isn't a “schedule a few posts and call it a day” one either. Every episode, clip, and post we publish carries conversations with the world's leading thinkers to hundreds of thousands of people, and you'll be the person who decides how those ideas get packaged, when they ship, and why they land. Your day-to-day job is owning distribution of the show, and your first mandate is simple: make Instagram and X world class. Other platforms come later, once those two are firing.
What even is Beyond Tomorrow?
Beyond Tomorrow exists to create a world where anyone can flourish.
In practice: we're a media platform covering longevity (scientists, biologists and influencers who are trying to help you live healthier and longer), AI (not ChatGPT, think superintelligence), and the future of humanity in general. We believe the world is entering a golden age of abundance, but we could all be doomed too.
So we're figuring it out by talking to the smartest people on the planet, and your job is to help bring those conversations to as many people as possible, as we can shape the narrative and chart a flourishing path for all.
The podcast already reaches 140,000 listeners a month and is growing fast, with guests including Peter Diamandis, Dave Asprey, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, Dr. William Li, and Emad Mostaque. We care deeply about quality: no generic content published for the sake of consistency, only work that stands out, starts conversations, and does justice to the calibre of the people sitting across from Julian.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You'll Do
- Own distribution of the podcast, with Instagram and X as your priority platforms
- Review each episode, identify the strongest moments, and brief our short-form editors on the clips that deserve to travel, the best clip is rarely the most obvious one
- Write titles, hooks, captions, and posts in the Beyond Tomorrow voice: rigorous but human, hopeful, never hype-driven
- Build out our Newsletter presence
- Coordinate guest promotion. Shareable assets and copy for guests and their teams, plus release-day cross-posting
- Track performance, run content experiments, and feed what you learn straight back into the calendar
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve research, ideation, and execution, given what this company is about, that bar is higher here than anywhere else
One thing this role is not: episode uploads, scheduling to audio platforms, and podcast post-production are already handled by our existing team. Your job is making the content travel, not shipping the episodes.
This Role Is For You If…
- You've run content for a podcast, creator, or media brand, and you have the evidence: channels you've grown, numbers you can point to, ideally on Instagram and X
- You're an excellent writer with a sharp editorial ear, from newsletters to captions to titles that stop the scroll
- You understand platform psychology: not just how to post, but why things perform
- You know what great short-form video looks like and can direct an editor to deliver it
- You're both creative and analytical, you read the numbers, form a view, and act on it
- You take a brief and run past it, sharper hooks than requested, better ideas than asked for, extra value nobody specified
- You take extreme ownership, and you're genuinely obsessed with AI and longevity, the kind of person who follows this space for fun, not just for work
- You're mission-driven, motivated by building a world where anyone can flourish

What You'll Get
- Real ownership: come in, own distribution end to end
- A clear progression path, as we grow, you'll hire and lead a junior content team underneath you, so Beyond Tomorrow is never held back on capacity
- Equity in everything we build - as a solo-founder company, everything sits under one umbrella, and people who add value now share in what comes next
- A front-row seat to the people and ideas shaping the future of humanity, with full autonomy and no corporate politics
How to Apply
Send us:
(1) your CV or LinkedIn at julian@beyondtomorrowpodcast.com,
(2) three examples of content you've packaged or published and what happened as a result, and
(3) a short note on one Beyond Tomorrow episode, the first clip you'd have cut and a few tweets you'd write relating to it. Applications without part (3) will not be considered.
Round 1: Standout candidates answer a short series of questions asynchronously
Round 2: An interview for culture and role fit
Round 3: A practical task showing how you'd approach the role
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and we'll close the role once we find the right person.
NOTE: If you've read this and your reaction is “I could do even more than this,” we still want to hear from you. We're building the media infrastructure of the future, and for the right person there's an opportunity to define it and scale with it, not just fill a role.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
