Head of Content Services
Our client is a global education content business with an impressive portfolio of publishing clients. They're looking for a commercially minded Head of Content Services to lead editorial and design teams, nurture key client relationships, and drive growth across existing accounts.

Must haves
- Experience in ELT and/or educational publishing
- Editorial content production / delivery background
- Strong understanding of publishing workflows and content development
- Experience leading teams and developing people
- Commercial mindset and relationship-building skills

You'll be an experienced publishing professional who understands how educational and/or ELT content is created, developed and delivered. Perhaps you've progressed through editorial, content development or production and are now looking for a broader, impactful role.

You'll combine strong people management skills with a practical, client-focused approach, and be comfortable identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships.
The Role
Leading the Editorial and Design functions, you'll manage two experienced team leaders and support wider teams delivering high-quality publishing services to educational clients.
This role is focused on growing existing business where you'll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for additional support, and ensure teams deliver excellent results.
You'll also play a key part in developing new service offerings, improving ways of working, and helping the business build on its reputation as a trusted content partner.
