The Opportunity
Content development currently takes 18 months. Our client wants it down to six - and needs a proven leader to make that happen. This is a genuinely senior appointment: not a step-up hire, but someone who has already run an organisation of this size and can walk into a leadership team on day one as a peer.
What You'll Own
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Full content strategy for a global product line, with the mandate to rebuild how content gets made - standardisation, smarter process, AI-enabled production - without sacrificing quality
- A global organisation of ~150 people plus contractors across the UK, Spain, Italy, Poland, and Latin America, with 4 direct reports
- A content investment budget of £15-18m a year
- The only role at this level on the leadership team - built to be credible enough to deputise for the function head when needed
- Deep collaboration with product and AI teams, plus real client-facing exposure at enterprise level
Who Fits

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- You've led global, multi-country teams of 100+ people, driven genuine transformation - not just steady-state delivery - and you're commercially fluent enough to hold your own with clients.
- Backgrounds in content-driven industries (media, publishing, education, advertising, or similar) are ideal.
Who Doesn't
- If your biggest team was under 100 people, you've never faced a client directly, or a content cycle "needing a year or more" feels normal to you, this isn't the role.
- Same if AI still feels bolted-on rather than built-in to how you work.
