Head of Continuous Improvement
This Head of Continuous Improvement role provides the opportunity to join a major industrial manufacturing business and play a key role in improving operational performance across a complex organisation. The role offers significant scope to shape improvement activity, develop capability, and influence performance across multiple areas of the business.
As Head of Continuous Improvement, you will lead programmes across operations, working with senior leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of CI programmes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Introduce and embed Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Work with senior leaders and operational teams to deliver sustainable improvements.
- Develop internal CI capability through coaching and mentoring.
- Use data and performance measures to identify priorities and track results.
- Support cultural change and encourage a structured approach to problem solving.
- Lead and develop a team of CI professionals.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have significant CI, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence experience within a complex manufacturing or industrial environment. A proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements is essential, alongside strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
