Salary: £72,917 - £81,700

Role Overview
As Head of Continuous Improvement and Quality, you will lead Nottingham's approach to quality assurance, performance, learning, and school improvement, ensuring high standards are embedded across Children's and Education Services.
As a key member of the Children's and Education Services Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic direction for monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement, strengthening partnerships with schools, settings, and stakeholders to drive excellence across the education system. You will play a critical role in ensuring services remain evidence-led, responsive to change, and focused on delivering the best outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Nottingham's approach to quality assurance, performance, learning, and school improvement
- Provide strategic direction for monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement

- Ensure services remain evidence-led, responsive to change, and focused on delivering the best outcomes for children and young people

Requirements
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced leader with a strong background in quality improvement, performance management, and educational or children's services leadership. You will combine strategic vision with the ability to use data, insight, and professional expertise to drive improvement and influence change.
