Do you have extensive experience leading within contract delivery, construction, engineering, or building services? Have you got a strong understanding of contract management with the ability to identify, assess and manage commercial and operational risk? Is Blackpool, Lancashire an area you are happy to commute to work? Would a salary of Circa £50000 dependant on experience be sufficient for you? This position can be broken down to six main areas of responsibility within this Engineering, Manufacturing and construction role, they are as follows:

Strategic Leadership & organisational Development
- Lead the development of the Company's external works structure
- Develop and implement an overarching strategy for Contract Delivery, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance
- Establish clear interfaces between Sales, Estimating, Technical, Manufacturing, Contract Delivery, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance functions

Contract Review & Commercial Risk Management
- Own the Company's contract review process for external works from pre-order through to delivery

Contract Installation
- Have overall responsibility for the delivery of Contract Installation activities
- Develop and maintain an appropriate mix of internal resources and approved external subcontractors to provide the capacity and capability required to deliver the Company's installation commitments
- Monitor project performance against programme, budget, quality and contractual requirements

Commissioning & Systems Delivery
- Have overall responsibility for the Company's commissioning activities associated with external works
- Other systems where commissioning forms part of the Company's contractual or service offering

Service & Maintenance
- Provide overarching management responsibility for the Company's newly established Service and Maintenance Division

Leadership & Performance Management
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to departmental managers
- Promote collaboration and effective communication across all departments

This position reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, it is a permanent full time role working 36 hours per week.

Hours: 36 per week (split either between 4 or 5 days)
Salary: Circa £50000
