Head of Contract Mobilisation & Integration

Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of Contract Mobilisation & Integration to lead the successful transition of contract awards from preferred bidder stage through mobilisation, operational embedding and stabilisation. This is a highly visible leadership role with accountability for ensuring contractual commitments are translated into compliant, effective and commercially sustainable services. Working across Bidding & Growth, Commercial, Legal, Finance, People, Technology & Innovation and Operations, you'll provide the leadership, governance and coordination required to deliver successful Day 1 go-lives and long-term operational success.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience of leading complex mobilisations, transformations or service transitions within outsourced services environments, ideally including housing, property management, facilities management or workplace services. You'll possess strong commercial awareness, a thorough understanding of contract implementation and operational readiness, and a proven ability to manage risk, governance and stakeholder relationships at a senior level. Just as importantly, you'll be comfortable influencing executives, clients and operational leaders, bringing credibility, challenge and a relentless focus on delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who enjoys creating structure, driving continuous improvement and building repeatable frameworks that enable sustainable growth. The role is paying £90,000-£100,000 depending on experience and includes a performance related bonus of up to 15%. If you have a track record of turning contract wins into successful operational delivery and are passionate about developing high-performing mobilisation capabilities, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
