Head of Contract Recruitment - Build a Contracts Division. Own It. Scale It.

We’re hiring a Head of Contract Recruitment to create and grow our contracts division — with the backing, infrastructure, and client base already in place.

- Building and executing the contracts strategy
- Winning and delivering international contract business
- Hiring and leading your own team
- Scaling across Europe and into the US
- Creating a high-performance, process-driven function
