Head of Contracts
We’re recruiting for a Head of Contracts opportunity that could be ideal for an experienced commercial lawyer who wants to maintain a high-level, influential role while working on a flexible part-time basis.
This is a senior, autonomous position where you’ll take ownership of a varied commercial contracts portfolio, work closely with senior stakeholders, and provide pragmatic legal and commercial advice across the business. The role reports directly to the COO.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- Leading negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Advising the business on contractual and commercial risk
- Data protection and DPO responsibilities
- Helping drive smarter, more efficient contracting through AI and legal technology
We’re looking for a qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years’ PQE, strong commercial contracts experience, and the confidence to operate as sole counsel. You’ll be commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable dealing with complex issues and senior stakeholders.

Salary
£80,000–£100,000 FTE + benefits, pro-rated
