Head of Core Brands & Digital (12-Month FTC Maternity Cover)
Location: Chiswick Park, London (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for an experienced FMCG marketing leader to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract, leading our Core Brands and Digital teams through an exciting period of growth. This is not a role for someone looking to reinvent the wheel.
Instead, we're seeking a passionate and credible marketing leader who can build on strong foundations, support and develop a talented team, and ensure our brands continue to thrive. If you love brands, enjoy coaching people, and have the experience to confidently balance strategy, execution and stakeholder management, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop Brand and Digital teams, creating a high-performing and accountable culture.
- Own and deliver brand plans across a portfolio of established FMCG brands.
- Drive excellent execution across campaigns, activations and innovation projects.
- Coach and support marketers at varying stages of their development.
- Use data, insight and market performance to inform decision-making.
- Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Category and Senior Leadership teams to deliver business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Manage budgets responsibly and ensure teams remain focused on delivering results.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven FMCG marketing experience.
- Experience leading brands within either a major FMCG organisation or a smaller business with broad marketing ownership.
- Strong people leadership and team development experience.
- Experience managing multiple brands and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to use data and insight to drive decisions.
- A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering great execution.

The Person
This role would suit an experienced Head of Marketing, Head of Brand, Marketing Controller or a highly capable Senior Marketing Manager looking for a broad leadership opportunity. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who combines strong FMCG expertise with humility, passion and a genuine desire to help a team succeed.
