£70,000 to £75,000, + comprehensive benefits with flexibility for outstanding candidates.

About us

For fifty years our client has changed how leaders lead. Developed through immersive, residential and experiential programmes, their work has changed the behaviour of tens of thousands of leaders rather than simply adding knowledge. Their client base includes some of the most respected names in business and the public sector, and their work is independently rated 4.7 out of 5 across more than two hundred reviews.

They do not teach leadership. They create the conditions for it to change. As artificial intelligence takes over the transfer of knowledge, the human side of leadership, trust, judgement and the ability to bring people with you, has never mattered more. That is the proposition you would be taking to market.

The opportunity

This is a senior and high profile appointment for a commercial leader to own the sales and marketing of the organisation and grow its corporate client base. You will shape and deliver the strategy that brings the programmes to more organisations, generate and convert new business, and build a brand presence that reflects the quality of the work. It is a rare chance to sell something you can believe in, backed by fifty years of results and a proposition no competitor can replicate.

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver the sales and marketing strategy to grow corporate revenue
  • Identify, generate and convert new business opportunities with corporate clients
  • Build, manage and forecast a strong sales pipeline against clear targets
  • Lead marketing across digital, content, campaigns, events and social media, with LinkedIn central to reach
  • Articulate the proposition to senior decision makers, including chief executives and directors of people and learning
  • Build and manage lasting relationships with clients and key accounts
  • Own the brand, messaging and marketing collateral, ensuring a consistent and professional presence
  • Represent the organisation at events and build a strong external network
  • Work closely with the faculty and delivery team to match the proposition to client needs
  • Report on performance, return on investment and key measures to the leadership team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
