Ohme is on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy. We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market.
The worlds of energy, transport and artificial intelligence are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new era. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.
Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

Key responsibilities
- Shape our long-term strategic direction by identifying transformative opportunities and drive company growth through acquisitions that expand our market presence
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership across functions
- Define and refine the company’s long-term strategic vision in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Prepare strategic materials for board meetings, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a strategic role in a growth-oriented company.
- Proven track record of executing complex M&A and strategic transactions across multiple geographies
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
