Company Description

Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose. We call these our '3Ps'.

In support of this vision we design and deliver high quality public services that build resilience and aspiration in people of all ages and within communities across the UK. In addition, we use our knowledge to change 'the system', to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help. With the heart of a charity and the mindset of a business, we are uniquely placed to deliver on this challenging reform agenda.

Job Description

Are you a commercially minded relationship-builder with a track record of securing corporate partnerships and generating sustainable income? Catch22 is looking for an ambitious Head of Corporate Partnerships to lead the growth of our corporate income pipeline and develop strategic partnerships that create lasting social impact.

Reporting to the Director of Growth and Partnerships, you will lead prospecting and partnership conversion activity, building relationships with corporate organisations that share our mission. You will own and grow a high-value corporate partnerships pipeline, providing strategic oversight of key corporate accounts, driving income growth and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, expand partnerships and maximise long-term value. You will work across Catch22 to design compelling partnership opportunities, secure new income streams and support development of innovative funding models that combine corporate investment, social value and public sector delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced partnerships leader who combines commercial acumen with a passion for social impact. You will lead a small team, drive growth against ambitious income targets, and help position Catch22 as the partner of choice for organisations committed to creating positive change in communities across the UK.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record of securing corporate partnerships and generating new income.
  • Experience developing and converting high-value pipelines through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate partnerships, ESG/CSR and social value.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and pitching skills.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams in a target-driven environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
