Role Overview

Liberty is one of the world's most iconic luxury retailers, and we're looking for a sustainability leader to help us live up to that responsibility.

As Head of CSR, you'll play a key role in ensuring Liberty meets its regulatory obligations, whilst strengthening ethical sourcing practices across the business. Reporting to the General Counsel & Director of CSR and offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, the role calls for a sustainability generalist who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Environmental Compliance

  • Own Liberty's environmental compliance programme across key UK and EU regulations, including EPR, PPWR, PPT, SECR and ESOS
  • Coordinate data collection across the business, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to our external compliance partners and regulators

Ethical Trade

  • Lead Liberty's ethical trade programme across Fabrics, Interiors and Licensing, overseeing supplier audits, corrective action plans and remediation
  • Act as the senior point of escalation for ethical trade matters, driving responsible sourcing best practice across the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
