Head of Creative - Global Consumer Brand

An exciting opportunity for an experienced creative leader to join a global consumer brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Following a significant rebrand, repositioning and consumer strategy programme, the business is now looking for a creative thought leader to bring its next chapter to life, setting the creative vision, raising the quality bar and bringing design, copy, digital, content, photography and video together into one truly integrated creative function.

What they need –

  • Someone with significant senior creative leadership experience within a strong consumer brand or integrated agency, with the credibility to set direction across a multidisciplinary creative function rather than owning a single discipline
  • A digital native, who can bring multiple creative disciplines together under one vision, with experience leading or influencing teams across design, copy, digital, performance creative, photography, video, content and studio operations, while creating a culture built around collaboration, critique, coaching and constructive challenge
  • Someone with strong strategic and conceptual thinking who can translate brand strategy, consumer insight and commercial objectives into compelling campaign territories and integrated creative ideas that work across ATL, digital, paid social, ecommerce, CRM, retail, marketplaces and physical brand experiences
  • A design thought leader, who understands how to balance brand building with modern digital and performance creative, able to connect emotional storytelling and distinctive brand expression with data-led testing, rapid iteration and channel-specific creative requirements
  • Someone who is confident challenging briefs and senior stakeholders, bringing clarity to the problem before execution begins and partnering effectively across brand, performance, ecommerce, CRM, retail, product, regulatory and external agency teams to raise ambition without losing commercial focus

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
