Head of Creative

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Brand & Experience team builds the emotional connection between Deliveroo and our customers, riders, and partners. With a deep understanding of our audience and a passion for creativity, we bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Whether it’s a push notification, social campaign, or packaging design—we craft compelling experiences that shape perceptions, spark engagement, and make Deliveroo a loved, global brand.

We’re looking for a Head of Creative to join our London team. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week from our London HQ. In this role, you’ll set the creative vision for Deliveroo's global brand, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver bold, high-impact work that drives measurable business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Brand & Experience team. Sitting at the heart of our customer, rider, and partner touchpoints, we blend strategic thinking with creative excellence to shape perceptions and spark engagement worldwide.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Set the creative vision and strategy: Partner with Marketing, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, evolve, and execute global creative strategies for major brand campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives.
  • Lead and develop talent: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of nine creatives (including three direct reports) across art direction, digital content, and copywriting, fostering an inclusive culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Champion creative excellence: Drive cross-functional collaboration with global and local teams, overseeing work from concept through execution to guarantee exceptional standards across every touchpoint.
  • Advance creative innovation: Partner with Creative Operations and Creative Technology to scale AI-enabled workflows, automation, and emerging tools (such as Figma Make, Figma AI, or Weave) that enhance team speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Optimise team delivery and impact: Collaborate with Project Management to prioritise initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and keep the team ahead of creative, cultural, and technological trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
