Head of Brand, Creative & Campaigns
We are excited to be working with a niche and growing Tour Operator who brings destinations to life, offering guests special insider access to landmarks, museums, bars, and restaurants that they simply wouldn’t discover on their own.
They are looking for a Head of Brand, Creative & Campaigns to join their growing team!
This is a brand and creative direction role with a strong visual core. You will own the company’s visual identity — its look, feel, and standard — and be its guardian: shaping and directing the creative that brings our food, culture, and history to life across every touchpoint.
The Role
Brand & Visual Identity
- Own and evolve the company’s visual identity — the look, feel, and standard — as we bed in and grow the newly-merged brand across our portfolio.
- Be the guardian of the brand’s visual standard and quality, bringing our food, culture, and history to life distinctively across every touchpoint.
- Hold overall accountability for how the brand shows up — primarily how it looks, and for how it sounds, with specialist copy delivered by freelance, in partnership with Content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels — the visual standard every team produces to.
Creative Direction & Production
- Direct external creative agencies, freelance designers, and video/production partners — briefing, steering, and getting brilliant, high-quality work out at pace — and own brand and campaign film and photography (produced via outsourced partners).
- Set the creative platform and standard, holding a high bar for quality across all creative output.
- Build and own the creative asset and content library, so every channel can move quickly with on-brand assets.
- Stay close to the work — with the hands-on ability to make final tweaks and edits to video and photography, and to jump in when needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Campaigns
- Lead and steer the creative direction of our campaigns — or grow into it — turning brand and commercial goals into standout creative.
- Direct the creative execution of digital campaigns, and support product and seasonal launches from concept through activation.
- Own creative effectiveness — brand lift and creative hit rate — distinct from channel-level CAC and ROAS.
- Partner with the Head of Performance on performance creative (produced to your standard), and help power our paid social with strong assets.
Collaboration, Websites & Operations
- Work as a true creative partner to Organic and Social: they own their channel direction and requirements and are heavily involved in production; you produce and own the visual output and the library so it meets the need.
- Make sure our brand is communicated clearly across our websites and booking communications — confirmation emails, the tour-operator app, and beyond — partnering Ecommerce and Dev.
- Bring an AI-forward approach to creative — embedding AI across creative production and workflows to move faster without dropping the quality bar.
- Manage the brand and creative budget with accountability and clear return.
The Person
- 5+ years in a creative agency or in-house creative team, at Art Director level, specialising in visual communications with a strong digital focus.
- Background in Travel, Experience, or Hospitality (highly desirable).
- An outstanding visual portfolio — a proven eye for premium, distinctive creative across digital.
- A strong creative director first — sets the vision and briefs, and gets brilliant work out of agencies and freelancers — with the hands-on ability to make final edits and tweaks when needed.
- Experience directing external creative agencies, freelance designers, and video/production partners to deliver high-quality output at pace.
- An exceptional creative eye and judgment, with a clear primary strength in visual — and able to hold overall accountability for how the brand looks and sounds (specialist copy may sit elsewhere).
- The appetite and ability to grow into leading the creative direction of campaigns — or a track record of already doing so.
- Commercially aware — can read how creative is performing and use it to sharpen the work.
- Excellent communication, and confident advocating for creative with senior stakeholders.
- AI-forward — AI is embedded in how you produce and work, not a bolt-on.
- Genuinely curious, collaborative, and guest-obsessed — at home in a values-led business built on curiosity, connection, and authenticity.
