At egg we make experiences. Real ones.

The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.

We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.

Which brings us to you

You're a creative leader who combines vision with practical execution. You know how to guide teams, elevate ideas, win pitches and create an environment where creativity can thrive without losing sight of commercial reality.

You're also curious about the future of creativity. AI, emerging technologies and new ways of working excite you because you see them as tools that help ideas go further, faster and smarter.

Most importantly, you're not interested in creativity for creativity's sake. You're interested in creativity that wins, delivers and makes an impact. No half-cracked eggs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Shape and elevate egg's creative output, working closely with the Chief Event Experience Officer and creative teams across the business
  • Lead the development of winning concepts and creative strategies for pitches, client opportunities and major event experiences
  • Act as a senior client-facing representative of egg's creative vision, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and presenting ideas with confidence and credibility
  • Inspire, mentor and develop the creative team, helping individuals grow while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence
  • Drive alignment between Creative, Experience, Production and Project teams to ensure ideas remain strategically strong, deliverable and commercially viable
  • Champion the use of AI, emerging technologies and innovative creative approaches that strengthen both our work and our competitive advantage

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
