Head of Creative

Location: Solihull, UK

Role Overview

Indigo Lune is one of the UK’s fastest-growing jewellery brands and we’re looking for an experienced, creatively driven Head of Creative to lead our growing creative team.

Working closely with the Chief Brand Officer, you’ll be responsible for translating Indigo Lune’s wider brand vision into a clear and compelling creative direction across campaigns, social, paid media, website, email and product launches.

This is a highly creative but hands-on leadership role. You’ll lead the development of campaign concepts, oversee shoots and content production, set the standard for creative output and manage the day-to-day priorities and development of the creative team.

You’ll have a strong instinct for what makes beautiful, culturally relevant and commercially effective content, while also having the organisational skills to turn ambitious ideas into campaigns that are delivered brilliantly and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading Creative Direction

  • Translate the Chief Brand Officer’s wider brand vision into creative concepts, campaigns and content strategies.
  • Lead the creative direction for seasonal campaigns, product launches and key brand moments.
  • Develop concepts, mood boards and visual direction for campaigns and shoots.
  • Establish how campaigns come to life across social, paid media, website, email and other customer touchpoints.
  • Continually evolve Indigo Lune’s creative output while maintaining a distinctive and recognisable brand identity.
  • Bring new ideas, references and creative thinking into the business, keeping Indigo Lune culturally relevant and ahead of trends.

Owning Campaigns & Content

  • Take ownership of creative campaigns from initial concept through to final delivery.
  • Define the content requirements and deliverables for launches, campaigns and key trading moments.
  • Oversee the creative calendar and ensure the team is focused on the right priorities.
  • Ensure creative ideas are both visually strong and aligned with wider brand and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Social, Performance and E-commerce teams to ensure creative supports wider business goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
