Head Of Creative - Fashion

Location - Warrington

Zachary Daniels are partnered with a growing fashion brand with a strong market presence and an engaged customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a period of continued growth and play a key role in its brand development.

The Role:

As Head of Creative, you'll be responsible for building a world-class creative function - owning everything from brand identity to campaign execution. This is an opportunity for a Head of Creative to combine vision with execution, creating work that not only looks exceptional but drives real cultural and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the overall creative vision and visual identity across all brand touchpoints
  • Lead the concepting and execution of campaigns across digital, social, eCommerce, and retail
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all creative output, from content to campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and eCommerce teams to align creative with commercial goals
  • Oversee content production, including shoots, video, and social-first creative
  • Build and manage relationships with external creatives, agencies, and production partners
  • Lead, mentor, and scale an in-house creative team (design, content, and production)
  • Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends, bringing fresh, relevant ideas into the brand.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Creative or in a senior creative leadership role within a high-growth consumer or fashion brand
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, culturally relevant creative work
  • Experience leading end-to-end campaign development and execution
  • Deep understanding of digital, social, and content-first creative
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with commercial awareness
  • Experience managing and developing creative teams
  • Strong eye for detail, storytelling, and brand consistency
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
