Overview
This is a senior production leadership role at the heart of Gymshark’s Creative Studio, responsible for creating the conditions for world-class content to be delivered efficiently, consistently and at scale. As Head of Production, you’ll lead across Creative & Studio Production, Video & Edit, Photography & Retouch and Styling, bringing these disciplines together to deliver everything from e-commerce photography to full campaign production. You’ll balance creative ambition with operational excellence and commercial accountability, ensuring teams have the right capabilities, partners and ways of working to succeed. You’ll also shape what production looks like in the future, developing our operating model, evolving our external partner ecosystem and embracing new technologies and AI to ensure the Creative Studio can continue to meet changing content and business needs.
What you’ll do
- Define and deliver the Production strategy, operating model and capability roadmap to support the growth of the Creative Studio.
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary Production organisation, building strong leadership capability across the teams.
- Enable the delivery of high-quality creative content across e-commerce, campaigns and current and future channels.
- Drive effective planning, alignment and operational excellence across content creation.
- Establish production standards that improve quality, consistency and efficiency across disciplines.
- Build future-ready content creation capabilities through the right combination of people, partners, technology and AI.
- Shape and evolve our agency, supplier and external partner ecosystem.
- Identify future capability needs and put solutions in place to support continued business growth.
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement and emerging production approaches.
- Own Production investment, budget performance and resource strategy, driving value and operational effectiveness.
- Use your production expertise to influence priorities, investment decisions and cross-functional ways of working.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable culture that enables teams to deliver ambitious creative work at scale.

What you’ll need
- Significant experience leading large-scale production organisations within retail, fashion, sport or agency environments.
- Proven experience building, leading and developing high-performing leadership teams.
- Strong strategic production expertise, with the ability to develop operating models and capabilities that support growth and scale.
- The ability to bring creative ambition and operational excellence together to deliver consistently high-quality work.
- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to manage investment, budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external production partners.
- A forward-looking approach to production, with an interest in new technologies, AI and emerging ways of creating content.
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and contribute to wider business priorities.
