Make the extraordinary, everlasting - with us.

At EC, we craft extraordinary experiences that leave a lasting impression - not just for our clients, but for our people too. We blend the big ideas of a creative agency with the meticulous execution of a production company, bringing bold, imaginative events to life.

We’re collaborative, down-to-earth, and serious about delivering quality - all while finding time for lightness and fun. If you’re someone who’s curious, adaptable and excited to do meaningful work with a team that’s got your back, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

The Head of Creative Services is the operational lead for the creative services team, responsible for defining how work flows through creative, design and content, and ensuring the function operates with clarity, efficiency and control.

You will set the direction for resource planning, workflow and performance, working through the Studio Manager to deliver this day to day. Acting as the central connector between project teams, creative leadership and content, you will ensure priorities are clear, decisions are made effectively, and the team is set up for success.

You will work in close partnership with the Executive Creative Director (ECD), Design Director and Head of Content to align creative ambition with operational delivery and ensure the right people are focused on the right work at the right time.

This is not a creative role. You do not define creative direction or design quality. Instead, you enable the team to deliver at their best, creating the structure, systems and clarity that allow creativity to thrive, in line with the model where this role runs the operational engine of the studio.

Who you are

  • You have strong experience in creative operations, resource management or studio leadership within a creative, agency or production environment
  • You understand how creative, design and content teams work and what they need to deliver high quality output
  • You are highly organised, structured and comfortable managing complex workflows
  • You are confident making prioritisation decisions and leading through others
  • You are a strong communicator who can align different stakeholders and bring clarity to ambiguity
  • You are commercially aware, with experience in utilisation, performance tracking or budgets
  • You are calm under pressure and able to maintain control in a fast-paced environment

Desirable experience

  • Experience as a Creative Services Manager, Creative Operations Manager or Studio Lead
  • Experience working across design, content and or production teams
  • Experience supporting senior creative leadership
  • Familiarity with resource planning tools and workflow systems
  • Experience in live events, brand experiences or creative production environments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
