Head of Creative Services – Iconic Global Luxury Fashion House

The Opportunity

An iconic, globally celebrated heritage luxury fashion and accessories house is seeking a Head of Creative Services to act as the operational backbone of their creative division. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand Image, you will bridge the gap between high-concept creative ambition and commercial operational excellence.

This is a strategic leadership position designed for an operational architect. You will own the end-to-end creative workflow, building the global processes, RACI frameworks, and production calendars that bring seasonal drops and 360° campaigns to life across owned, earned, and paid channels worldwide.

What’s In It For You

  • Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Exceptional Work-Life Balance: Enjoy “Summer Fridays” with Fridays off across June, July, and August.
  • Guaranteed Winter Rest: The global office is completely closed between Christmas and New Year.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays.
  • Work Environment: A highly collaborative, high-spec Central London HQ operating on a hybrid model (ideally 4 days in the office to foster cross-functional synergy, with flexibility).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operational Architecture: Build, govern, and optimise the global creative services workflow. You will introduce robust RACI frameworks, reporting systems, and production calendars aligned to seasonal milestones.
  • 360° Campaign Integration: Partner intimately with E-commerce, Retail, PR, Wholesale, and Visual Merchandising leaders to ensure creative toolkits are integrated flawlessly into go-to-market strategies globally.
  • End-to-End Production Leadership: Oversee the lifecycle of global campaigns from pre-production and shoot execution through to high-end retouching, localisation, asset versioning, and final delivery.
  • Commercial & Vendor Management: Take total ownership of production budgets, cost controls, and contract negotiations. You will manage and expand a trusted global network of premium external production partners, directors, and photographers.
  • Team & Cultural Leadership: Lead and mentor the internal Creative Services team, fostering a culture of accountability, flawless luxury aesthetics, and continuous process innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
