- The Creative Studio brings VisitScotland's strategy, brand and storytelling to life through impactful creative communications, design and multimedia content. As guardians of the VisitScotland brand, the team combines creativity, design thinking and audience insight to create compelling experiences that engage audiences, support organisational priorities, enhance Scotland's reputation and maximise the impact of VisitScotland's work.
- Lead VisitScotland's creative and brand strategy, acting as brand guardian and ensuring all creative activity strengthens Scotland's reputation as a world-leading destination.
- Provide strategic leadership for the Creative Studio, leading and developing a high-performing multidisciplinary team while championing creativity, innovation and audience-centred design across the organisation.
- Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of creative services, ensuring campaigns, content, design systems and multimedia outputs are insight-led, impactful and delivered efficiently through effective use of people, processes and technology.
- Manage key stakeholder, agency and supplier relationships, overseeing budgets and resources while representing VisitScotland externally to maximise organisational impact, value for money and collaboration.
