Our client is a dynamic global leader in Web3, tech & AI marketing. Born in Crypto - they have evolved into a highly ambitious frontier tech marketing agency.
They operate at the intersection of Web3, culture, and brand. Their studio is packed with talented designers and video producers. Now, they need the creative visionary to tie it all together.
We are not looking for a traditional Creative Director. We want a Head of Creative who lives on the internet, thinks in social, and knows how to turn platform behaviour into brand-building moments.
This is a player-coach role. You will set the creative direction and actively make the work. You will lead a small, hungry team, bring structure to a reactive studio, and help us punch up to bigger, more ambitious campaigns—without losing the scrappy, social-native instincts that make the work worth watching.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Experience: Ideally at least 5–8 years of creative experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or senior creative role.
- Internet-Native: You are genuinely online. You inherently understand internet culture, formats, algorithms, and what earns real engagement.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating platform-native campaigns, short-form video, creator-led content, and digital storytelling.
- Platform Fluency: Deep platform knowledge (you know exactly why a piece of content works on TikTok vs. Instagram vs. LinkedIn).
- Craft: Art direction is your primary craft. You have strong visual instincts and can still execute the work yourself.
- Player-Coach: You lead by doing. You are not above opening Figma or jumping into the video edit.
- Social-First Instincts: Your default is to build outward from the platform, rather than watering down a traditional TV idea.
- Ambitious & Scrappy: You thrive in lean, fast-paced environments and want to scale production without slowing it down.
- Creative Strategist: You connect social output to wider brand strategy and spot the entrepreneurial opportunity inside every brief.
- Visually Sharp: Your art direction instincts are elite, and your portfolio proves it.
- Commercially Aware: You connect creative thinking directly to business outcomes, not just likes.
