About Us

Flight3 is a social-first creative agency operating at the intersection of web3, culture and brand. Our studio is full of talented designers and video producers - but we need someone who can connect that output to real marketing impact.

We're not looking for a traditional CD. We're looking for a Head of Creative who lives on the internet, thinks in social, and knows how to turn platform behaviour into brand-building moments.

This is a player-coach role. You'll set creative direction and make the work. You'll lead a small, hungry team, bring structure to a reactive studio, and help us punch up to bigger, more ambitious campaigns - without losing the scrappy, social-native instincts that make the work worth watching.

If you're energised by building something, fluent in internet culture, and you've spent your career at indie or startup agencies rather than big network shops - we want to talk.

What Success Looks Like

  • A studio that thinks social-first by default - not as an afterthought
  • Creative output that earns attention on platform, not just approval in deck
  • Campaigns that scale from social moments into wider brand stories
  • A team that is creatively motivated, clear on standards, and proud of what they make
  • Flight3's own brand becoming a creative reference point in the web3 and marketing space

Benefits

  • Hybrid working: We’re in the office twice a week, enough to stay connected, not enough to kill your flow. The rest is up to you.
  • Proper time off: 35 days per year to switch off, including 14 days when the whole company closes. No Slack. No guilt.
  • Clear progression: Regular feedback, personal development budgets, and a growth path mapped across Flight3.
  • Web3 access: First dibs on token launches, NFT mints, and top-tier industry events.
  • Keep learning: From internal sessions to external conferences, we back your development with time and budget.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative output across the studio - concept through to delivery, hands on when it counts
  • Set the social-first creative vision: how we show up on platform, how we build brand equity through content
  • Translate briefs into campaign ideas that can live across social, short-form video, digital and brand
  • Work closely with strategy and performance to make creative that earns both attention and results
  • Coach and develop the studio team - designers, video producers, motion - building a culture of quality and creative ambition
  • Own Flight3's own brand identity: how we look, sound and show up externally
  • Build the creative frameworks and production rhythms that let a small team punch above its weight
  • Lead on pitches and top-tier accounts, bringing the vision and the craft

Requirements

  • Based in UK (able to commute to London)
  • 5–8 years of creative experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or senior creative role
  • Agency background - specifically indie, social-first or startup agencies. Big network agency pedigree is not what we're after
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates social-first thinking: platform-native campaigns, short-form video, creator-led content, brand storytelling across digital channels
  • Deep familiarity with internet culture and social platforms - you know why something works on TikTok vs Instagram vs LinkedIn, and you can brief and make for each
  • Art direction is your craft. You have a strong visual instinct and you can still do the work, not just describe it
  • Experience leading or meaningfully contributing to wider campaign ideas - you're ambitious about where social-first creative can go
  • Comfortable in a startup or growth-stage environment: scrappy, fast, resourceful
  • Sharp commercial instinct - you understand how creative drives growth, not just likes

You are

  • Internet-native. You're genuinely online. You understand the culture, the formats, the platforms, and what earns real attention versus what just fills a brief
  • A player-coach. You lead by doing as much as by directing. You're not above opening Figma or getting in the edit
  • Social-first by instinct. Your default is: how does this live on the platform? You build out from there, not down from a TV idea
  • Ambitious but scrappy. You've worked in lean environments and made brilliant things. You want to scale that, not slow it down
  • A builder. You're energised by shaping something from the ground up - structure, culture, standards, creative ambition
  • Visually sharp. Your art direction instincts are strong and your work shows it
  • Commercially aware. You can connect creative thinking to business outcomes and articulate that clearly
  • A creative strategist. You think brand and social in the same breath. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you connect social output to wider brand strategy — and spot the bigger opportunity inside every brief.
