Head of Creator & Affiliate High-Growth Wellness Brand East Sussex – Hybrid £85,000 + Benefits

Are you a creator/influencer specialist who understands performance, commercial negotiations and how to scale content across paid media?

We're partnering with a high-growth, award-winning wellness brand to find a Creator & Affiliate Lead to build and scale its creator function across the UK, Europe and US.

With an established team, dedicated budget and ambitious international growth plans, this is an opportunity to build the creator engine from the ground up and have genuine ownership over how it contributes to the wider performance strategy.

The Role

  • Build the systems, partnerships and commercial frameworks needed to deliver high-quality creator content at scale, while ensuring the programme remains performance-led.
  • Build and scale a reliable creator pipeline across the UK, Europe and US, spanning macro, mid, micro and affiliate talent
  • Own creator strategy, selection, briefing and testing, ensuring content is aligned with paid media requirements
  • Lead negotiations across creator fees, usage rights, exclusivity and multi-asset deals
  • Develop a scalable approach to paid usage rights that supports performance and commercial efficiency
  • Build and grow the affiliate creator programme, overseeing recruitment, activation and retention
  • Work closely with the Head of Performance to understand which creators, formats and hooks are driving results
  • Own the creator budget and make investment decisions based on performance and unit economics
  • Lead and develop the UK, EU and US Talent Managers and Affiliate Executive
  • Stay ahead of developments across creator platforms, TikTok Shop, social commerce and affiliate

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience scaling creator/influencer content within a paid media environment
  • Strong understanding of Meta and how creator content drives paid performance
  • Experience building or scaling creator affiliate programmes
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills, particularly around paid usage rights
  • Experience working across different creator deal structures, including fees, commission, gifting, seeding and buyouts
  • Data-led approach with a strong understanding of creator performance and unit economics
  • Previous experience managing and developing a team
  • Multi-market experience across the UK, US and/or Europe would be advantageous
  • DTC experience within wellness, beauty, supplements or food & drink would be advantageous
