Head of Creator Partnerships - TikTok
Central London | Full time | Office Based
The Company
Join a rapidly expanding, founder led consumer business that creates highly shareable products for a global audience. Social media sits at the heart of its growth strategy, and the team combines creative thinking, commercial pace and a strong test and learn culture.
The Opportunity
This role will lead the partner marketing function, using creators, affiliates and wider platform partnerships to build demand and generate measurable revenue. You will shape how the business acquires, develops and retains partners for TikTok Shop, while ensuring performance insight is translated into clear action across the wider marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Marketing Associates and external contractors, taking overall responsibility for content view targets and the commercial return they produce.
- Develop and grow affiliate activity across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube.
- Own creator, influencer and ambassador partnerships from initial outreach and onboarding through to retention, performance management and long term relationship development.
- Create effective systems for product seeding, sampling and partner outreach.
- Test new partnership structures and monetisation opportunities, using the results to improve the overall partner model.
- Build practical processes, playbooks and reporting frameworks that allow partner marketing activity to scale consistently.
- Take full responsibility for recruitment, coaching, development and performance management as the team grows across multiple regions.

- You understand TikTok Shop from direct, hands on experience and have successfully grown an affiliate, influencer or creator partnership programme, ideally across more than one market.
- You bring strong commercial judgement and are confident taking ownership of performance, identifying underlying issues and deciding what action is required.
- You have previously managed and developed a team within a growth focused environment.
- You are comfortable working at pace in social commerce, influencer marketing or the creator economy, where priorities and platform opportunities can change quickly.
- You work well across functions and can turn partner data and feedback into useful recommendations for colleagues throughout the business.
