Role: Head of Creator Partnerships & UGC

Type: Full-Time

Nero is building the next era of luxury performance wear, engineered entirely from premium natural fabrics. We are looking for an aggressive, highly organised Head of Creator Partnerships & UGC to build and scale our creator acquisition engine from the ground up.

You will own the entire creator pipeline: sourcing high-volume talent, briefing direct-response concepts, managing logistics, securing whitelisting rights, and doubling down on winning creators to scale paid social acquisition.

What You’ll Do

  • High-Volume Sourcing & Outreach: Build an active pipeline of fitness, luxury lifestyle, and performance creators. Consistently bring in a high volume of new creator partnerships every month.
  • Briefing & Creative Direction: Translate core angles, hooks, and product differentiators into high-converting UGC briefs. Ensure creators nail direct-response mechanics without sacrificing brand aesthetic.
  • Pipeline & Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end logistics—contracting, product seeding, tracking timelines, revision cycles, and asset collection.
  • Whitelisting & Creator Licensing: Secure ad permissions (Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads), negotiate whitelisting rights, and manage creator-side ad setup.
  • Performance Analysis & Iteration: Partner with the paid media team to track hook rates, hold rates, CTR, CPA, and ROAS per creator. Identify top-performing talent and build long-term, scalable retention programs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
