Who we are

Activewear became plastic. Almost everything sold for training today is polyester or nylon, and nobody questioned it. Nero is the alternative: premium activewear made entirely from natural fibres. Organic cotton, merino wool, Tencel. Nothing synthetic.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Creators to build and run the creator programme that fuels paid acquisition. Reporting directly to the founder, you will own the supply side of the creative engine: the volume, the quality, and the unit economics of every creator we work with. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build from scratch, move fast, and turn creators into a growth channel that shows up in CAC, not just in reach.

One thing to be clear about: creator content at Nero has to convert. You will write the briefs, the hooks and the scripts yourself, and you will judge creators on the paid performance of what they make. If your instinct is to hand a creator the product and let them post whatever they like, this is not the role for you. The role is based in our Manchester office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creator programme end-to-end: sourcing, signing, onboarding, briefing, and retention, across the US and UK.
  • Write briefs, scripts and hooks that give creators everything they need to make ads that convert. Take this work off the founder's desk entirely.
  • Own creator economics and seeding: rates, usage rights, whitelisting, licensing, gifting, and performance-based deals.
  • Partner with creative strategy and paid media to identify winning patterns and turn them into repeatable creator formats.
  • Build agentic systems for sourcing, segmentation, outreach, contracting, briefing, and testing.
  • Build feedback loops that improve creator output from performance signals. Iterate on hooks, messaging, and format weekly.
  • Test new sourcing channels and partnership models to improve quality and drive cost per winning ad down.
