Head of CRM & Lifecycle
£75,000–£90,000
North London | Hybrid – 3 days in office
Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer business with an established customer base, strong commercial foundations and ambitious plans for its next stage of growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an important CRM function and turn an already high-volume programme into a more intelligent, segmented and commercially measurable operation. You’ll have the autonomy to challenge existing approaches, simplify where needed and introduce smarter lifecycle journeys, automation, testing and AI-enabled ways of working. With direct exposure to senior leadership, your work will have a tangible influence on customer value, retention and wider commercial performance.
Role Highlights:
- Shape and deliver a CRM and lifecycle strategy focused on the customer segments with the greatest commercial potential.
- Build smarter journeys covering second purchase, replenishment, cross-sell, winback, frequency and advocacy.
- Lead a high-volume email and SMS programme while continually improving campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Use customer, cohort and behavioural data to identify opportunities and establish meaningful CRM performance measures.
- Drive structured testing, automation and AI adoption to improve productivity, customer experience and commercial return.

You Will Need:
- 5+ years’ CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing experience within a DTC ecommerce environment, including senior-level experience.
- Strong hands-on Klaviyo expertise, or transferable experience with platforms such as Braze or Bloomreach.
- Proven analytical capability across segmentation, cohort analysis, retention, testing, and customer behaviour.
- A commercially focused approach, with the confidence to challenge activity using data and contribution economics.
- Experience managing high campaign volumes without compromising quality, deliverability, or strategic focus.
